What You'll Do
  • Receive and respond to high quality leads with a focus on providing timely, quality service.
  • Work directly with customers to recommend and explain financing and vehicle options.
  • Process financing applications and verify accurate, compliant paperwork.
  • Find competitive financing rates and ensure customers are approved.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and customers.
  • Sell from our wide range of automotive and powersports vehicle options
  • Maximise back-end potential with extended warranties, insurances and aftermarket products.
  • Nurture long term relationships with your customer base.


What You'll Bring to the Table

Required Skills:
  • Strong mathematical and finance skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to simplify complex programs.
  • Knowledge of financial products and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical problem-solving to match customers with the right financing.
  • Advanced negotiation and closing skills to boost dealership sales.
  • Automobile industry knowledge an asset but not essential for the right candidate.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in auto financing, warranty programs, or car sales.
  • Familiarity with Dealertrack, PBS and other dealership programs an asset.
  • 1+ years in a similar role is a strong asset.
