As a Principal IT Architect specializing in Siemens Rulestream, you will lead the design,implementation, and optimization of complex engineering automation solutions.Leveraging your deep expertise in Siemens Rulestream and a decade ofexperience, you will play a key role in driving business transformation byintegrating Rulestream into product lifecycle management (PLM), enterpriseresource planning (ERP), and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Key Responsibilities
-Design scalable and high-performingSiemens Rulestream solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
-Define architecture roadmaps forintegrating Rulestream with enterprise systems like Teamcenter, SAP, and otherPLM/ERP tools.
-Lead end-to-end implementation ofSiemens Rulestream, including requirements gathering, customization, anddeployment.
-Ensure solution alignment withengineering and manufacturing workflows, data management practices, andcompliance requirements.
-Work closely with cross-functionalteams, including product development, engineering, and IT, to gatherrequirements and provide innovative solutions.
-Act as a trusted advisor to seniorleadership, ensuring the architecture supports business objectives andstrategic initiatives.
-Automate engineering design andconfiguration processes by leveraging Rulestream's rules-based technology.
-Continuously improve existingsolutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
-Establish best practices, standards,and governance policies for Siemens Rulestream implementation and usage.
-Guide and mentor junior team members,fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
-Provide training and technical supportto ensure adoption of Rulestream solutions.
MUST HAVES
-10+ years of hands-on experience withSiemens Rulestream, including configuration, customization, and integration.
-Strong understanding of Rulestreamarchitecture and its integration with PLM/ERP systems.
-Proficiency in programming languagessuch as C#, .NET, or Java for Rulestream customization.
-Proficiencyin engineering design using CAD (NX/AutoCAD) applications.
-Strong understanding of CAD automation principles andpractices, with experience in developing automation routines
-Knowledge of database managementsystems (SQL/Oracle).
-Industry Knowledge: Experience inmanufacturing, engineering, or related industries, with knowledge of productconfiguration, design automation, and PLM workflows.

-Significant experience in cloud software development: designing, developing and debugging scalable solutions
-Experience leading scrum teams or Software Architecture development
-Some experience in an Agile development framework
-Experience with contemporary development tools such as Git, continuous integration and automated testing frameworks
