What you'll do
The salary for this role is $140,000.00 - $180,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.

What you'll do
- Determine how to best capture and interpret customer, and potential customer, data from a range of sources and communicate the findings across functions.
- Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to learn what motivates customer, and leverage this data in support of business interests.
- Lead on customer propensity analysis and leverage this intelligence to improve marketing strategy as well as design research programs to address business needs.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable B2B customer insights and recommendations.
- Identify customer unmet needs and research tactical and transformation solutions.
- Manage data quality and ensure actionable uses organization wide.
- Provide expert advice on the best analytical tools and software.
- Develop a strategic data transformation plan and communicate this framework to relevant stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in data science, engineering, math, statistics or related field - MBA is a plus
- 10+ years' experience in Business Intelligence related fields
- Excellent leadership and team management ability
- Strong numerical and statistical skills - ability to apply creative analytical methods to solve problems and expertise leveraging analytical tools
- Customer-centric approach - broad industry experience is a plus
- Ability to deliver work that has numerous tactical applications in a clearly visual form
- Managerial skills driving teams specialized in business intelligence
