What you will do
The Senior Career Coach supports the success of the Career Services team by mentoring 5-6 career coaches, managing a personal roster of 15-25 students in either a group and/or 1:1 setting, and acting as a key advisor to lead coaches. This role bridges team leadership and hands-on coaching, ensuring high-quality service delivery, streamlined processes, and effective problem-solving.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities
- Support Lead Coaches: Serve as a right-hand person for lead coaches, providing insights and advice to improve team performance.
- Process Implementation: Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance coaching quality and consistency.
- Mentorship: Mentor a team of 5-6 career coaches, offering guidance, support, and resolving escalations in collaboration with lead coaches.
- Problem Escalation: Act as the first escalation point for coaches, collaborating with lead coaches to address challenges.
- Hiring and Onboarding: Support the hiring, onboarding, and training of new coaches, ensuring readiness for their roles.
- Personal Coaching Roster: Manage a roster of 15-25 students in either a group and/or 1:1 setting, continuing to provide career coaching services. Ability to handle escalated re-assigned studenta
- Advisor Role: Provide strategic advice to lead coaches on improving coaching approaches and program outcomes.
- Empathic Team Collaborator: Offers insight and solution-based feedback in a kind and professional manner. Egos must be left at the door.
- Highly Organized and Attentive: Ability to keep clear and organized administrative notes. Responds to any pressing situation within 24 hours.
- Data Tracking: Monitor and analyze coach and student data to inform decisions and improve program effectiveness.
