Job Description Summary:
The National Director of Clinical Outreach is responsible for setting the strategic vision and execution of the national sales function. This includes overseeing a team of 2-3 Regional Clinical Outreach Directors and leading the growth and profitability of Amen Clinics through robust referral relationships, market expansion, and data-driven strategies.
National Director of Clinical Outreach will be a key member of the leadership team, driving alignment between sales initiatives and broader organizational goals, collaborating with marketing and clinical leadership, and championing a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence.
To achieve these objectives, the National Director of Clinical Outreach will create annual and quarterly business development plans for the national Clinical Outreach team, setting clear goals, forecasting revenue, and monitoring progress against established metrics. Regular reporting to management, analysis of market trends, and competitive intelligence will guide strategic adjustments and ensure alignment with company goals. The director must also cultivate excellent product knowledge and maintain an acute awareness of market conditions.
The director will own and nurture national strategic relationships, driving collaborative partnerships with key organizations to align with our overarching goals. They will also coordinate with local and regional initiatives led by their team members, ensuring seamless integration and alignment between national strategy and grassroots efforts to maximize impact and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategic Oversight
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Clinical Outreach Directors.
Define and communicate the strategic vision for the national sales organization, aligning with company goals.
Foster a culture of high performance, ethical behavior, and continuous improvement.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue and referral goals.
Oversee the creation and execution of regional sales plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Utilize market data, trends, and competitive intelligence to guide decision-making and resource allocation.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Establish and nurture high-value relationships with key referral partners, including healthcare and legal professionals, schools, churches, and community organizations.
Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets to expand the organization's reach and impact.
Actively participate in negotiations and high-stakes meetings to secure key partnerships.
Oversee national strategic partnerships and coordinate with local and regional initiatives to align team efforts and drive growth.
Data-Driven Performance Management
Analyze national and regional sales performance, using insights to refine strategies and drive outcomes.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key performance metrics to the executive leadership team.
Evaluate team resources and tools, identifying gaps and implementing solutions to ensure optimal team performance and effectiveness.
Leverage CRM tools and analytics to streamline operations and enhance team productivity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, clinical, and operational teams to ensure cohesive execution of organizational goals.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the healthcare sector.
Proven track record of scaling sales organizations, achieving revenue growth, and building strong referral networks.
