Position Summary
The Sr. Director of Out of School Time position supports the organization's mission by mentoring and coaching out-of-school-time leaders, ensuring the seamless operation of high-quality, safe, and impactful programs. The Senior Director should be skilled at working in dynamic, fast-paced environments and engaging with youth and families from diverse backgrounds. As a member of the Management Team, the Senior Director will contribute to various branch initiatives, including events and the annual giving campaign, by recruiting and supporting staff and volunteers and aligning with the youth development department's fundraising goals.
The Sr. Director of Out of School Time will supervise staff at multiple levels, fostering a collaborative approach with other youth development leaders. Responsibilities encompass comprehensive management of out-of-school-time activities, including staff supervision and team building, volunteer engagement, fiscal oversight, marketing and communications, program development, grant management, and community relations. This role also involves ensuring the continuous improvement of operational performance, program quality, and the organization's community impact.
Salary Range: $77,337 - $92,439 per year

Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in youth programs
- 4+ years of experience in budget management
- 4+ years of experience in developing and implementing programs
- 4+ years of experience in supervising, leading and mentoring teams
- 4+ years of experience in building positive relationships with youth, staff, families, and community partners
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during program hours, with the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as necessary.
- Clearance of TB test, in accordance with health and safety requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, or Mandarin
