Key Responsibilities
As a Nurse Manager, you will:
- Lead and Inspire: Supervise and support a multi-site team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Health Technicians (Health Techs).
- Strategize and Manage: Implement strategic plans, develop staffing schedules, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
- Promote Excellence: Advance school nursing practices, monitor the delivery of safe and effective health services, and foster professional development among staff.
- Drive Innovation: Collaborate with leadership on new program initiatives and enhance service delivery through data-driven decision-making.
- Build Connections: Facilitate partnerships with local organizations to ensure comprehensive resources and support for students.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible clinical nursing experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Expertise in team dynamics, conflict management, and mentoring.
- Proficiency in administrative and clinical information resources.
- Licensure/Certification: Active nursing license and any required specialty certifications.
