Job Description
In your new role you will:

• Coordinate weekly production goals with equipment utilization andstaffing to ensure die shipment goals are met as well as coordinatingwith Test engineering groups to accommodate and execute their requests.
• Be responsible for analyzing lot data and equipment issues (identifying dutissues and yield trends requiring immediate attention and resolution).
• Utilize Lot Dossier for executing product dispositions, performing lotchecks on every wafer that is deemed shippable and fixing any dataissues that arise before shipping.
• Use various tools at your disposal for checking and fixing data; SMAV,Test 25 Menu options, putty, ASPECT, exceed, as well as ENG requestsutilizing the WPR system.
• Manage shift in supervisors absence.
• Ensure spec and protocol compliance.
• Train and submit operator certifications.
• Foster an environment of teamwork.

• Good communication and analytical skills
• Proactive and independent and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Have leadership skills and be teamwork focused.
• Previous Test experience preferred.
