Job description:
In your new role you will:
- Manage and support the enablement of select Distribution partners for successful promotions, enablement, and business wins.
- Lead the engagement with select accounts to support key account development for Infineon.
- Develop deep understanding of the distribution market in the region.
- Collaborate with Infineon Distribution Organization for the expansion of Automotive/Transportation solutions in the Distribution Market.
- Establish and develop relationships with key customer engineering personnel and decision makers.
- Engage with target customers and provide enablement presentations and training to customers, sales, and distribution.
Your Profile:
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience
- We are seeking a motivated computer or electrical engineering professional and/or similiar experience.
- Strong organization and English communication skills.
- Comfortable working in matrix organizations with management, technical, and business personnel.
- Self motivated and proactive business development mindset.
- Experience with technical sales and distribution sales or marketing is a plus.
- Domestic and international travel up to 25% of the time.
