Highlights:
- A collaborative, small team that includes physicians with dual certification in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine.
- The team includes an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Nurse Practitioners, RN case managers, and Pharmacists, all working together in the management of patients with obesity.
- Full scope of Obesity Medicine, including pre- and post-operative management of bariatric patients.
- Pharmacological management of obesity, as well as lifestyle interventions and guidance.
- Opportunity to work from home on virtual days - details to be discussed with the hiring leader.

- BC or BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine.
- BC/BE in Obesity Medicine required within two years of the start date.
