Description:
The Sr. QA Analyst will interact with all members of the project team including architects, business analysts, system analysts, project managers, developers, and quality control leadership.

The Sr. QA Analyst will be expected to:
- Review and map all business, functional and technical requirements to test cases, test plans and test results
- Create formal test plans and document test results
- Review project deliverables and produce compliance checklists
- Monitor, evaluate and makes recommendations on QA related tasks
- Coordinate and oversee testing activities with external development teams
- Produce QA Root Cause Analysis document following problem investigation
- Communicate and escalate testing results to project/program leadership
- Maintain working knowledge of quality standards
- Develop and perform quality test processes
- Make recommendations for repairing defects
- Participates in bi-weekly meetings with IT department
- Document testing protocols
- Assure accuracy of programs prior to deployment to a production environment
- Troubleshoot testing failures

Sr. QA Analyst Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in software testing
- Demonstrated track record of effective problem-solving required
