Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a solid understanding of HR functions and best practices. Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of staff. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software applications. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Affirmative Action Planning preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Manage end-to-end employee processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
- Conduct job analysis, create job descriptions, and lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to final selection.
- Coordinate and lead new hire orientation sessions, ensuring new employees are integrated smoothly into the organization. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skillsets.
- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on issues such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Provide support for benefit enrollment and address employee inquiries.
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, data protection regulations, and HR best practices. Regularly review HR policies to maintain legal and regulatory alignment.
- Lead the performance review process and create systems for career development, promotions, and succession planning.
- Implement training programs aimed at improving individual and team performance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Maintain HR records and manage HR software applications (HRIS). Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for audits and organizational planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department managers to foster teamwork and support organizational initiatives. Lead the HR team by providing mentorship and leadership.
