Responsibilities

Empower AI: Serves as the Engineering Lead for the Army Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN-A) Cybersecurity and Network Operations Mission Support (ADCNOMS) contract in support of the Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM), Cyber Command and Army Cyber Command. Ensures performance of all assigned services and activities required to operate and manage the consolidated Army infostructure at the enterprise level in support of DoDIN-A operations, enterprise systems management, and operational engineering. Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and tracking all tasks and deliverables for all enterprise systems, capabilities, services, architecture, transport services, emerging requirements, and follow-on systems/capabilities. Enterprise systems include: Army Golden Master (AGM); Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS); Common Access Card (CAC)/ Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); Desktop Collaboration and Productivity Services; Directory and Identity Synchronization Service (DISS); Concurrent Flexible Enterprise Engineering Efforts (CFE3); Enterprise Directory Services and Authentication (EDS&A); Enterprise Protected - Domain Name System (EP-DNS); Global Enterprise Fabric (GEF); Integrated Test Environment Facility; Network Access Control Support (802.1x/NAC/C2C); Network Management System (NMS); Privileged Access; Local Area Network (LAN) Sustainment; Wide Area Network (WAN) Sustainment; Systems Management (SYSMAN); Enterprise Computing Environment (ECE); and Unified Security Information and Event Management (U-SIEM). Shared resource capabilities provided on a matrix basis include: Database Support; Scripting; Storage, Backup, and Restore; Operating Systems; Virtualization and Containerization; and Network.

Highlights of Responsibilities:
  • Performs high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of NETCOM systems and capabilities
  • Directs and participates in all phases of system development with emphasis on planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing and acceptance phases
  • Applies higher-level business or technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at an engineering solution
  • Designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation and makes charts and graphs to record results
  • Prepares and deliver presentations and briefings as required by the Task Order
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality and services delivered for all engineering efforts
  • Performs risk analysis that also include risk assessment
  • Assists Government managers with the management, administrative and technical oversight of the specific program portfolio
  • Responsible for the administrative/operational leadership within the program guidelines set by the Site Program Lead and customer
  • Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • TS/SCI clearance or eligibility
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10 years of IT management or engineering leadership experience
  • Experience working in the defense industry
  • DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Project Manager qualified (DCWF 802)
  • CCISO, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CISSP-ISSEP, CISSP-ISSMP, or GSLC certified
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certified
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts, including common infrastructure, technologies, security, troubleshooting, and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of common operating systems, including Windows Desktop, Windows Server, or RedHat Linux.
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies and software, such as VMWare or Hyper-V.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud technologies, such as Intune, Azure, and Amazon Cloud Services.
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Intermediate knowledge in latest version of ITIL processes, with particular emphasis on Change, Release, and Configuration Management for enterprise systems.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree
  • ITIL Intermediate, Practice Manager, Managing Professional, or Strategic Leader certification
  • Experience supporting Army Information Technology programs
