This is a hybrid position based out of our Des Moines, IA office.

What we're looking for:

SHAZAM is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Leader to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all areas of human resources for the company.

What you'll do:
  • Manage all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, performance management, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance, policies, and our HRIS.
  • Oversee and manage the employee benefits (health & welfare, retirement) and executive level benefits.
  • Act as a trusted, strategic HR leader to consult with leaders throughout the organization on all HR needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance for the team of HR professionals.

What you need:
  • Minimum of ten years of human resources experience, including at least five years of leadership experience.
  • HR compliance, benefits & compensation, employee relations, performance management, retirement benefits, and HR strategic planning knowledge.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
