Cost Analysis: Ability to analyze and report on project costs, with insights for improving project and financial performance.
Forecasting: Skill in creating accurate forecasts to evaluate project performance against budgets and schedules.
Financial Management: Knowledge in managing project finances, including budgeting, accruals, and forecasting
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability to improve project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and collaboration with various stakeholders. Including Capital Delivery Finance
Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Project Managment tools (i.e. MS Project, P6, MasterWorks)
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in financial analysis and project reporting.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments
