Job Description

The Senior Director, Strategic Accounts will be responsible for establishing sales goals and account strategies for Unigen products and services, with primary focus on Dell and HPE. Additional areas of focus will be on Unigen's Artificial Intelligence (AI) product line, as well as other opportunities as they arise. This role will be expected to develop comprehensive sales plans and forecasts to identify and produce a steady pipeline of opportunities. This position will work closely with the internal departments to ensure that the products are meeting the customers' requirements and issues are addressed in a timely manner. The Sr Director, Strategic Accounts will be expected to build strong and long-lasting relationships with Unigen's key customers.

Key Responsibilities

o Sell complex technological products and services to businesses and customers

o Establish sales goals and account strategies

o Establish and track a sales funnel, report regularly to management on progress

o Ensure that products meet customers' needs

o Coordinate with internal departments for support

o Build and maintain relationships with clients

o Improve sales processes, methods, and approach

o Identify new markets and potential opportunities

Requirements

o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields

o Strong technical knowledge and in-depth experience of the Artificial Intelligence space

o Minimum 10 years of sales experience

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

o Knowledge of sales process and methods

o Flexibility to travel

First Year Goals

o Develop and execute account penetration plan @ Dell and HPE

o Get Unigen on Dell's AVL

o Develop and execute global sales plan for AI product line, work with key stakeholders

o Develop and establish regular reporting of sales funnel metrics for OEM products

o Establish sales goals and track on quarterly basis

o Create and execute channel strategy (rep/disty training programs and metrics)

o Investigate and propose CRM tool for appropriate Unigen business scale

o Recommendations on sales process improvements

o Establish sales forecasting process and tracking, drive AOP for CY2026

o Establish strong internal and external relationships via 360 review
