Job Description
You will report to the Showroom Manager and will serve as the primary technical reference for our projects in the U.S., managing client construction sites and providing technical expertise on our products and their installation.
Manage and oversee construction site progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and the company's quality standards.
Provide technical support to clients, architects, and contractors at every stage of the project, from planning to installation.
Quickly and effectively address technical issues related to products and installations.
Collaborate with internal teams in design, sales, and production to ensure technical specifications are accurately communicated and met.
Train and support partners and installers on our products and best installation practices.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and workplace safety standards.
Assistance on the maintenance of the showroom;
Requisiti
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles within the construction, design, or building industries.
Strong knowledge of installation techniques and materials, preferably in the luxury and natural stone sectors.
Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong customer service skills
Highly organized with excellent planning skills
Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a plus.
Strong computer literacy skills; Microsoft Office Packages and Oracle Netsuite or similar
Flexibility with working hours, to attend events/meetings
