Summary:

This position maintains HR analytical tools, reporting, and dashboards, including data to support HR analytics needs and ensuring accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports, and metrics. This position is responsible for working with the COE leaders to compile, enter, and analyze data from a variety of sources and applying them to organization planning and strategies.

Responsibilities:

Applies high-level of understanding of all areas of HR programs, policies, and HR function group services including HR Planning, Structure, compensation, HRIS, employee engagement and analysis to support the day-to-day associate and business needs.

Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, plans and competition.

Execute and Advise in annual performance management and evaluation and compensation planning.

Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group from external and internal sources to develop solutions, programs, and policies.

Monitor HR strategies, systems, and processes across the organization

Conducts regular meetings with respective client group(s) to offer timely support and proactive solutions.

Support the development of a headcount business plan and deliver it to HQ

Analyze and implement approved headcount plan and make updates as necessary

Integrate multiple data sets into easy-to-use dashboards for HR and Business leadership

Analyze employee data for trend analysis and actionable insights

Maintain HR index and update monthly

Monitor and analyze turnover rates, headcount, average salary, demographics, etc.

Provide data to non-English-speaking parties

Provide KPI for HR and create graphs for posting

Gather accurate data for compensation and benefits

Update organizational chart

Consults with assigned leadership team(s), providing HR guidance when appropriate.

Collaborate and participate in different HR Projects as needed.

Bilingual in Korean and English is must necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field.

A minimum of 5 years' experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes

A minimum of 5 years' experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

A minimum of 5 years' experience in HR Generalist Role with focus in HR Planning.

Experience in Global HR operation in multi-cultural and multi-national corporate environment (Asian HQ experience preferred)

Ability to work in a changing environment with rapid growth

Skilled in Microsoft Office products

Willing to travel 20%
