Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for compound semiconductor operations.
- Oversee research and development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve products, processes, and technologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, scientists, and technical staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Drive customer engagement by working closely with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Master's or PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the compound semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on materials and device development.
- Proven leadership experience in managing R&D teams and driving complex projects to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of compound semiconductors (e.g., GaN, GaAs, InP) and their applications in optoelectronics, telecommunications, or power electronics.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical expertise with strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with quality systems, such as ISO 9001, and knowledge of regulatory requirements is a plus.
