We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Developer to drive the technical development and evolution of the Enertrek platform, a cutting-edge solution for managing resource conservation and market engagement programs. As the Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable and high-performing platform that empowers stakeholders to optimize initiatives and track program outcomes. You will lead a team of skilled developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and align technical strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Team Leadership and Supervision of Development Personnel
- Develop Project Plans for Development Initiatives
- Coordinate Technical Oversight for development and code quality
- Oversee all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Develop code as needed from business and/or technical requirements and other support documents
Required Skills
-3 years minimum supervisory experience
-Experience implementing the SDLC in a Team Environment
-Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
-Proficiency in the following technologies
-Cloud-based architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices.
-Microsoft SQL Server and Relational Databases
-C#, Javascript, Python, SQL, HTML -ASP.NET
-GIT based version control systems -Console, Service, Web API application development on .NET Core
Preferred Skills
-Single Page Application Frameworks (Blazor, React, Angular or Vue)
-Testing Automation
-Knowledge of Energy Markets, Utilities, and Energy Efficiency Programs
