We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec and who will share our Company values.

What You'll Be Contributing:

  • Oversee production readiness processes and manage engineering change requests;
  • Lead the product lifecycle in collaboration with the supply chain team and ensure the Product Roadmap remains current;
  • Validate the compatibility of alternate parts within product configurations;
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all technical aspects of the products and their users;
  • Regularly present the Product Roadmap, product development updates, and conduct technical product training for customers and internal teams;
  • Assemble custom configurations for ad hoc bid requests;
  • Partner with the Engineering laboratory to validate new product options;
  • Collaborate with suppliers on compatibility requests, production configuration issues, or custom component requirements;
  • Document and prioritize product change requests throughout all phases of product development and management;
  • Engage with customers on new bids and projects to identify needs or resolve escalated issues requiring product support;
  • Balance business and technical requirements to prioritize critical needs over less essential features;
  • Stay informed on technology trends and their influence on product strategy;
  • Analyze technical challenges and develop business cases to present trade-offs, factoring in cost, schedule, business needs, and technological advantages for various product offerings.


What Sets You Apart:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical Product Management role, server Sales Engineering, or a comparable position;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a clear and persuasive delivery;
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware is essential;
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a keen understanding of both technological constraints and strengths;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
