Overview

Program management experience, strategic planning experience, or senior-level government office administration experience working in an executive support services environment is desirable. Applicants should also be familiar with DoD acquisition policies. They should have a working knowledge of the DoD acquisition and project management process. A secret-level clearance is required.

Responsibilities

Applicant will be responsible for:

  • Process Management: Develop, implement, and manage processes to improve Delta efficiency and productivity, including writing processes, document management, and data entry.
  • Tasker Management: Manage a team of Taskers, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Protocol and Branch Administration:Support Delta and Branch with Distinguished Visitors and ensure smooth operation of Branch level Front Office Team.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with the executive team, and other stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and up to date on branch activities.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently, using sound judgment and discretion.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve delta and branch processes and procedures to ensure that they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Delta Level Agreement Management: Manage and maintain Delta Level Agreements (Memorandums of Agreement, etc.) with various stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and customers. This includes:
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to negotiate and finalize agreements
  • Ensuring that agreements are properly documented and stored
  • Managing and tracking agreements performance metrics and reporting
  • Identifying and resolving any issues or disputes related to agreements
  • Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure compliance with agreements requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required.

Skills Required

  • Applicant should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Applicant should have Government DoD Acquisition and Program Management knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal communication, written, and quantitative analytical skills are required.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • The position requires at least 7-10 years of government Acquisition Management, Program Management, Administrative and Process Improvement Experience.
  • Bachelors Degree (B/S) in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering or Statistics.
  • Program management experience, strategic planning experience, or senior-level government office administration experience working in an executive support services environment is desirable.
  • Applicants should also be familiar with DoD acquisition policies.
  • They should have a working knowledge of the DoD acquisition and project management process.
  • A secret-level clearance is required.

Education

Bachelors degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
