The WeCare Medical Clinic is located in Leduc AB and is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join the team. The successful candidate will participate in improving health outcomes for patients through comprehensive preventative care strategies and will:

Leduc City population is 35.4K with median age of 36.8K, there is an estimated 15K people above the age of 40. The Leduc Community Hospital is located in the City of Leduc. Currently there are many patients discharged from the hospital with acute or chronic illness but do not have a Family Physician for follow up care.

As per the CPSA's eligibility requirements guidelines. Applicants should be Eligible for a CPSA license.
The WeCare Medical Clinic is located in Leduc AB and is seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join the team. The successful candidate will participate in improving health outcomes for patients through comprehensive preventative care strategies and will:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, mental health Addiction medicine.
- Provide preventive care measures, through ensuring vaccinations and regular health screenings are up-to-date, promote healthy lifestyle
- Provide a proactive approach to address potential emerging health issues
- Act as a patient advocate ensuring access to resources and services
- Accept patients discharged from the Leduc Community Hospital who need a family physician and provide follow up care.
- Provide after hours on-call
