Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lateral Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal partner will have a proven track record of success in Family Law, a strong client base, and the ability to contribute significantly to the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a personal book of business
• Provide high-quality legal counsel and representation to clients
• Collaborate with other partners and team members to enhance firm performance
• Mentor and support junior attorneys and staff

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active VA bar membership in good standing
• Demonstrated ability to generate and maintain a substantial client base
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and professional development
