is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the Communications, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) Center of Excellence (COE) within the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center/PEO Electronic Systems Directorate (AFLCMC/HB). This directorate manages modernization, development, testing, production, and sustainment for over 140 programs for the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and its allies, playing a critical role in advancing the Air Force's mission.

Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance:Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 25 years of experience, 15 years of which must be in the DoD OR
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience, 12 years of which must be in the DoD

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
CNS/ATM II Contract Support:
- Assist USAF program offices with the acquisition and integration of CNS/ATM capabilities via an ID/IQ contract for avionics hardware.
- Prepare and process key documentation, including Delivery Orders, Modifications, Program Office Direction letters, and Market Research reports.
- Develop procurement plans and strategies, and advise on contractual negotiations.
- Maintain comprehensive records of delivery orders, modifications, and historical procurement data.
Branch Leadership Support:
- Facilitate meetings, strategic planning sessions, and other reviews.
- Draft reports, support Baseline Execution Reviews, and identify critical annual events.
- Track and manage Program Office budgets and funding actions.
- Assist in planning and executing the annual CNS/ATM Symposium.
External Program Office Support:
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop procurement strategies for retrofitting and integrating CNS/ATM capabilities.
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise for APX-119 transponder contracts, offering historical data and advising on program management and acquisition strategies.

Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance:Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Clearance
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 25 years of experience, 15 years of which must be in the DoD OR
- 30 years of directly related experience, 20 years of which must be in the DoD
- In-depth understanding of systems acquisition and program management principles (DoDI 5000.02/5000.75)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to create high-quality acquisition documents and briefings
- Familiarity with USAF schedules, production constraints, and budgeting processes
- Proficient in drafting acquisition documentation (e.g., PWS/SOWs, budgets, schedules, presentations)
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Master's or Doctorate Degree in a related field and at least 20 years of experience, 12 years of which must be in the DoD
- Technical expertise in platform program needs and the APX-119 transponder product line
