We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to oversee a program and project activities. This Program Manager will be responsible for managing a range of IT initiatives and ensuring that these projects align with CyberData Technologies strategic goals. This role will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager and work closely with IT staff and upper management to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and track the progress of multiple projects across the program.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Oversee and manage the IT program, ensuring all projects align with the organization's strategic objectives and priorities.
- Prioritize and manage the intake of new projects, balancing workload and resource constraints.
- Track, monitor, and report on the progress of projects within the program to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Project Oversight:
- Provide leadership and guidance to project managers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and monitor project activities, resolving issues, managing risks, and ensuring project adherence to schedules and goals.
- Implement and uphold best practices in project management across all projects under the program.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Communicate effectively with IT staff, senior management, and key stakeholders regarding project performance, risks, and milestones.
- Prepare and deliver detailed status reports to leadership, ensuring transparency of program and project health.
- Work with senior management to ensure project goals are aligned with the business needs and strategic objectives.
- Process Improvement & Tool Utilization:
- Use tools like ServiceNow PPM (Project Portfolio Management) to track, manage, and report on projects and portfolios efficiently.
- Continually assess and improve program and project management processes to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Work closely with project managers to ensure effective resource allocation, coordination, and project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to encourage their professional growth and development.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5years of experience in IT program and project management, with a proven track record in managing multiple projects within a program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical staff and senior management.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow PPM is highly preferred, with experience using the tool to manage programs and projects.
Required Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
