This role will be a technical manager that allows you to lead an engineering team to participate in all phases of SoC product development

Job description:

Job Description
In your new role you will:
Lead a IC test development team to execute all phases of SoC test development: Test concept, design for testability (DfT), test hardware and software development, silicon characterization, and product release to production
Responsible for ATE test package development for wafer probe, final test and product characterization for Infineon's leading edge digital power management products
Manage test project execution: Setup project, review DfT and test feasibility, deliver test milestones and ensure quality compliance
Document test requirements, test concept, create test plans and develop test methods
Work with design and concept engineers to incorporate DfT features into new products to ensure quality at low cost of test
Document and release test package to volume production, support silicon characterization and qualification
Responsible for test infrastructure development, ATE roadmap implementation and new test platform introduction
Reduce test cost and improve the quality of existing test solutions through test method improvements and test platform transfers
Work with industrial leaders of ATE to evaluate new test platforms and innovate new test concept for optimized test thru-put

Your Profile:

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, physics or Computer Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of experience developing production test solutions for mixed signal ICs or modules using ATE
Proven record highly desirable in leading test development team or projects
Experience designing PCBs using schematic capture tools such as Cadence Allegro
Sound test-programming skills and experience programming in C/C++,JAVA, VB, Python, embedded programming and script languages
Working experience required in Advantest V93K, Teradyne J750, Ultra Flex, Eagle/ETS experience also desirable
Knowledge in design for testability and manufacturability, BIST, test firmware and ability to articulate constructively with the design teams and product engineering teams to insure that DfT is understood by all involved and specified and validated at early stages of development
Knowledge in digital and analog IC design environment, pattern generation and verification a plus
Demonstrated skills in problem solving, communications and teamwork
