Job Summary:
AVP System Administration Manager will oversee and manage all aspects UNCLE Credit Union's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across systems, security, networks, and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, ensuring information security, overseeing help desk services, and supporting the administration of core business applications across the organization and ensuring compliance with audit standards and manage disaster recovery plans. Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role, including experience with VDI management and implementation.

The AVP System Administration Manager will lead a team of three.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new IT vendors to ensure the timely delivery of services and products, managing SLAs. Additionally evaluating and selecting new vendors as required.
- Information Security: Manage comprehensive information security policies and procedures. Work with the AVP, Information Security Manager to assist in remediation of vulnerabilities and implement best practices.
- Core System Administration (Credit Union Business Application Management): Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the core credit union system.
- Network Administration: Manage and maintain the organization's local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) and oversee configuration of network hardware to ensure optimal performance.
- Help Desk Management: Lead help desk team of 3 employees ensuring timely and effective support for internal users. Establish procedures, develop, and monitor KPIs to improve service levels and user satisfaction.
- Audit and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements and assist with IT audits. Implement corrective actions as required.
- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain a robust disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) plan, incorporating testing and updates as required.
- Core System Interfaces Management: Manage and maintain all interfaces between the core Credit Union system and third-party software solutions, ensuring seamless, efficient, and secure data flow.
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM): Oversee the administration and management of enterprise content management systems, ensuring content management solutions are optimized for easy access, security, and compliance. Partner with departments to implement automation solutions within ECM.
- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage UNCLE's cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or other cloud providers) maintaining alignment with UNCLE's performance, security, and cost objectives.
- Office 365 (O365) Administration: Ensure that Office 365 services (email, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive) are properly configured, maintained, and secure.
- Hardware and Software Management: Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of hardware (servers, desktops, printers, etc.) and software solutions. This will include managing the lifecycle of IT assets and software licensing.
- Business Automation: Work with business leaders to identify areas of automation to enhance operational efficiency and lead initiatives to implement robotic process automation (RPA) and other business automation technologies.
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and management of the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable virtual desktop environments for remote and on-site users.
- Strategic IT Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of long-term IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and recommend/evaluate new technologies and solutions to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead team of three IT professionals, ensuring staff has monthly one-on-one meetings, provide feedback/guidance on development, training, and performance goals. E

Salary:
- $120-130,000.00/year DOE.
