Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $41.21 to $53.37. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.

The Opportunity:
- Serve families whose children are at imminent risk of placement or who are in placement and cannot be reunified without intensive therapeutic in-home services
- Provide therapeutic services primarily in client homes and other locations typical of a family's routine.
- Schedule sessions at times that are convenient for families and when problems are likely to occur, may occasionally include evenings, weekends and holidays. Maintain a flexible workweek.
- Be available after hours to client families for crisis situations. Advise supervisor or supervisor's designee if unavailable

What You Will Bring to The Role:
- Graduate degree in counseling, or a closely related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling or closely related field and at least three years of experience working with children and families, using crisis intervention and counseling required.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, or experience may be considered
