Job Summary:

Meneses Law is looking for a Director of Operations that will oversee the day-to-day activities of the company, ensuring that the organization is managed and performing efficiently and effectively. The Director of Operations will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless coordination between various departments.

Director of Operations Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze existing operational process and identify areas of improvement.
  • Implement efficient workflows and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and other departments.
  • Oversee resources allocation to meet organizational goals.
  • Optimize staffing level, skill sets and deployment for maximum efficiency.
  • Review and evaluate the efficiency of systems and SOP in place
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of service or production.
  • Monitor and asses operational performance, identify and addressing areas of concern.
  • Collaborate with finance to develop and manage operational budgets.
  • Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potentials issues.
  • May perform other Operational responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties or assigned tasks based on departmental needs.

Director of Operations Required Skills/ Abilities:
  • Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.

  • Superior managerial and diplomacy skills.
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Able to type 45 WPM or more.

Job Types: Full-time

Education and Experience:
  • Master's degree in business administration required.
  • Extensive and diversified background with at least 10 years of related experience.

Compensation:

Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Education/ Experience: -A Bachelor's degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
  • Communication Skills: -Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents.
  • Reasoning Skills: -Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
  • Physical Demands: -This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. -May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.

-Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.
  • Other skills: -Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. -Excellent organizational and time-management.
  • Work Hours: -Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm + 2 Saturdays, per month. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company need.
