That being said, here are some of the broad strokes of our Tax Senior Manager leadership position which will support the Strategic Industries - Tax and Transaction Services Service Line.
Responsibilities:
- Serve in a leadership role on client projects, including planning and project management, resulting in the successful completion of tax planning, advisory, accounting, and compliance projects with exceptional client service
- Lead and develop a team of tax consultants and other service line subject matter experts for corporate partnerships, S-Corps with multi-jurisdiction complexities
- Become a trusted client advisor and deliver exceptional client service with a business tax concentration
- Build and manage client relationships while developing and maintaining business development leads
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of tax and accounting experience with a national public accounting and/or consulting firm
- CPA or EA license is preferred
- Previous experience with business tax related to healthcare, non-profit, financial institutions, real estate and development, and manufacturing and wholesale distribution industries preferred
- Client-oriented work ethic, committed to high-quality results
- Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping clients
