Location: NJ Metro Area
Work Arrangement: 3 days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote

Located within commutable distance of our Bloomfield, NJ office.
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience needed.
A strong interest in sales is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities:
Raises awareness and generates interest in Atlantic, Tomorrow's Office through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
Schedules initial discovery calls for Account Managers.
Meets or exceeds assigned daily activity minimums of 100 cold calls and 50 emails.
Social sells and prospects daily, continuously identifying new accounts and potential clients.
Manages own book of accounts and sets the strategy for effective book management.
Provides constructive feedback on improving effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement.
Collaborates with team members to share and learn from best practices.
Maintains records on the companies CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and keeps up to date metrics.
Compensation:The OTE for this role is $90,000.
