We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Technical Solutions Architect to join our IT team. This position will be full-time and Hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop technical solutions and approaches to create competitive advantage and develop technical thought leadership in the industry.
- Collaborate closely with current/potential clients and leaders to comprehend organizational requirements.
- Analyze customers' business processes, pain points, strategic goals, and technical and business compliance requirements to design the best-in-class solutions fully aligned with customer needs and standards.
- Analyze Existing Systems and recommend approaches and methodologies for management and improvements: Assesses the current technology landscape within the application systems and the organization, identify areas for enhancement, propose solutions that align with business objectives, and estimate the level of effort and team composition.
- Create Technical Documentation and Architectural Diagrams: proposed designs and content, system architectures, and integration patterns, technical approaches and blueprints.
- Design and execute customer briefings on various technical solutions.
- Evaluate application of customers' tools, frameworks and technology and recommend what and how to apply them to meet customer requirements resulting in solutions that are high performing, scalable, secure and maintainable with sustainable cost savings.
- Effectively communicate with customers, business development and operations teams, and partners.
- Develop marketing communication content for technical solutions used for customer briefings and proposals.
- Oversee the Implementation and Integration of Solutions when required:
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer-related field, experience can be substituted for degree when demonstrated through a strong portfolio of completed projects in combination with verifiable certifications (i.e., Microsoft or Linux for examples)
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Solutions Architect (combined federal/public sector)
- Proficiency in Agile Framework, Scrum methodology through Agile Mindset/Framework
- Deep and broad knowledge of technology to include wide area network, local area network, systems engineering, cloud services, data center and disaster recovery
- Demonstrated success in supporting Public Sector, Defense, or Intelligence clients
- Have built enterprise level solutions with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with ASP.NET Core 3.0, Microsoft ASP.NET 4.8, C#6.NET, Microsoft .NET 8.0
- Experience with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), Windows Service, Web Services, Web API, and SOAP & XML Services
- Experience with Data Communication: TCP-IP Port Communication, Json, XML
- Experience with MVC Framework, Telerik Blazer Framework with Razor Components AJAX, HTML 5, CSS3, Bootstrapper, jQuery, JavaScript, iTextSharp Web Server - IIS 10
- Experience with SQL Server 2019, SSIS, Redgate, Data Collection and Mining Telerik Reporting Tools, Crystal Reports and Custom PDF design and development, iTextSharp
- Experience with IBM Jazz - Source Code Repository, Requirements Management, QA Management and Project Planning[EE1]
- Extensive customer briefing and proposal development experience including oral presentations for B&P, demonstrated mental agility, ability and desire to learn new technologies quickly and apply them in technical solutions for marketing communications purposes (customer briefing, proposals, and white papers).

- Microsoft Certified, MCSD and Certified Professional in Full Stack Development (CP-FSD), Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer [EE2] Associate (Expected, not mandatory)
