The Senior Manager, Business Development OHS is responsible for managing the sales growth along with working with their key account manager for activities with the workers' compensation and occupational medicine service lines within their respective market(s). Identify and close new accounts while growing and retaining the existing top accounts. Create and grow account plans for the market(s) while tracking performance and results. Take ownership in the performance of the respective centers with revenue goals and patient visits by category.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategy - targeting on specific industries and accounts.
- Selling occupational medicine and workers' comp service offerings.
- Responsible for driving revenue according to the market budgeted sales plan.
- Achieve new business goals and implement ongoing retention strategies.
- Use data to identify competitive advantages and incorporate into sales collateral and presentation materials.
- Work with Center Managers to drive market specific performance.
- Build solid chain of accounts to increase performance numbers.
- Target cold calling approach, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Represent the FastMed brand and vision in accordance with the overall business model.
- Key leader in specific market as well as overall team strategy and market growth.
- Creating and executing strategic plan for region and each individual center market.
- Targeting business within 5-7 mile radius of each center.
- Identify target markets and businesses for volume center growth.
- Visiting key accounts every 90 days.
- Build and maintain competitive market database.
- Forecasting numbers based on business planning (new accounts and revenue).
- Participate in calls to discuss prior week results and upcoming week plan.
- Prepare for formal performance rating reviews.
- Implement Individual Action Plans - personal growth and development.
- Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, appointments, closed sales, and follow-up activity through the use of a CRM.
- Building strong relationships and OHS local strategy for any joint-ventures in a given market.
- Establishes and Maintains "open channel" communication with Clinic Leadership Team, comprised of Chief Operating Officer, Clinic Practice Manager, and Clinic area Marketing Coordinator.

- EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or management field of study or equivalent work experience within a healthcare setting.
- 5-10+ years of experience in sales and territory management and/or healthcare setting.
