Automotive dealership looking for internet sales manager-Laguna Niguel

Laguna Niguel Hyundai is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager with automotive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
• Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
• Relates clearly to potential buyers the benefits of new features, specifications, prices, colors, options, accessories, models, series, and standard equipment on all product lines.
• Physically inspects both vehicles for sale and vehicles presented for trade-in to identify any defects, flaws, blemishes and damages either on the exterior or the interior.

Qualifications

• Bi-lingual is a plus
• Great customer service skills
• Create and maintain customer relationships
• Strong computer & phone skills (Internet Leads, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM

Compensation: $7,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
