Preferred Skills/Experience 5 Required Experience working as a Software Engineer or equivalent role. 5 Required Hands-on experience in LMS development. 4 Required Experience using Articulate. 4 Required Strong understanding of process automation concepts, including workflow design, exception handling, and error management. 4 Required Experience with process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture. 4 Required Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5 Preferred Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5 Preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 5 Preferred Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 3 Preferred Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) development experience. 3 Preferred Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python. 3 Preferred Experience with one of more UI frameworks (MAUI / WinUI / ReactJS). 3 Preferred Experience with diagramming using BPMN 2.0 methodology. 3 Preferred Experience with adult learning theory.
