Assistant Director of Nursing/Unit Manager RN or LPN
Adara Living is looking for a full-time Unit Manager for our facility located in Broomfield, Colorado. Would prefer long term and memory care management experience but will train the ideal candidate.
POSITION SUMMARY:
To assist in the management and direction of the Nursing Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator or the Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is always maintained.
As a Unit Manager, you are delegated the responsibility and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties for the unit you are assigned to manage.
What You Must Have:
Current, active license to work in the State of Colorado as an RN or LPN
