POSITION TITLE: Marketing Insights Manager - ( Christian Pro Life Org )
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt (80-85K)
TYPE: Full time - Weekdays
REPORTS TO: Jason Law
SUMMARY:
Human Coalition is a compassionate, technology-driven non-profit committed to rescuing children from abortion throughout America. We are dedicated to making abortion unthinkable and unnecessary by offering real, practical support to those in need. Our Communications Department is at the heart of this mission and vision, working tirelessly to amplify our voice and message across various platforms and teams.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a curious, detail-oriented, and innovative Insights Manager to lead a newly established team within our Marketing and Communications Department. Reporting directly to the Director of Communications, this role will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise and a passion for uncovering opportunities to enhance our marketing strategies and audience engagement.
The Insights Manager will develop and oversee robust reporting systems, spearhead testing initiatives, research key target audiences, and collaborate with marketing strategists to inform future campaigns. This is an opportunity to shape how data drives decision-making at Human Coalition.

MIMIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a marketing or communications context.
- Expertise in reporting and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel.
- Proven ability to develop insights that drive marketing performance improvements.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and data measurement practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity to explore and untangle complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep commitment to the pro-life cause and a passion for Human Coalition's vision to make abortion unthinkable and unnecessary.
