Project Engineer
IntePros is seeking a skilled and experienced ICT Project Engineer to lead the standardization of structured cabling and server room designs across our portfolio of building launches. By partnering with ICT design consultants and internal stakeholders, this role will focus on accelerating delivery timelines, reducing costs, and ensuring compliance with corporate and industry standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in structured cabling, IT network technologies (including networking, WiFi, AV, Security, PDU, UPS, and Smart Building systems), and design oversight. They will demonstrate end-user focus, ownership, and a passion for delivering high-quality results, combined with the ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and stakeholder relationships across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to select design consultants and low-voltage contractors.
  • Identify and implement design opportunities to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Review Requests for Pricing (RFP) and manage bid renegotiations.
  • Update and maintain budget tracking tools for project oversight.
  • Develop and implement best practices and standards for construction-ready ICT designs.
  • Coordinate supply chain forecasts to align with project timelines.
  • Monitor progress by reviewing consultant updates and hosting weekly progress meetings.
  • Identify risks on critical paths and propose effective resolutions.
  • Support the Vendor Manager during Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with operational metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, questions, and recommendations regarding structured cabling and containment pathways.
  • Attend online progress/room-ready meetings and collaborate with the Quality Assurance team.
  • Develop, track, and report on project metrics as required.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience delivering and coordinating corporate office fit-outs, from design concept to construction and close-out.
  • Information and Communications Technology (ICT) design experience.
  • Expertise with Audio Visual, WiFi, fiber optics, copper cabling, and interconnect technologies/standards.
  • Experience in project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BICSI RCDD Certification or internationally recognized equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize deliverables, and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience engaging with end-users, technical teams, and senior leadership to gather requirements, articulate features, and propose technical designs.
