OVERVIEW:
The Senior Client Service Specialist is a critical part of the Glenmede Investment Management team, responsible for delivering extraordinary client service, care and leadership. As one of the first professionals a client connects with, this role is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience that exceeds expectations. This role will support intermediary home office and institutional clients in client relations efforts by engaging in all aspects of relationship management and service and serve as the internal point of contact for clients on compliance, trading, and operational matters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client deliverables, including questionnaires, portfolio review materials, and client communications, ensuring responsiveness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Analyze portfolio attribution and write investment commentary on performance drivers, positioning, and stock investment theses.
- Lead client onboarding process from contract finalization to funding. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams (investments, trading, operations, compliance) to address requirements and resolve issues for a smooth transition.
- Serve as the primary resource for distribution and investment teams for portfolio data and analytics.
- Oversee Salesforce, ensure quality control and partnership with Marketing on GIM campaigns.
- Oversee the RFP/RFI process and ensure quality control within our RFP database.
- Coordinate and participate in onsite Due Diligence reviews and client visits (including: setting agendas, organizing presenters, gathering materials from subject matter experts, and completing takeaway requests).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of client service experience in the financial industry
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint
- CRM experience (Salesforce)
