We are currently seeking a Fraud Risk Product & Vendor Platform Manager to join the Card Service Division Team. This role is responsible for overseeing the strategic management of fraud risk management products, capabilities and services for card products. Key deliverables include driving the customer experience strategy, product design and capabilities, and taking full ownership of functionality enhancements and engagement initiatives. This role will lead the execution of fraud management tools and manage third-party vendor relationships and contracts to ensure SLAs and financial metrics are met.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $75k - $117k/annually; commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary)

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics or equivalent work experience is required
  • 10 years of experience in finance or business analysis, including 5 years of experience managing consumer products or services supporting product development, or operating in a project management capacity executing change. Experience may be an equivalent combination of professional experience or education, are required
  • Additional education/coursework in a technical field such as computer science, math, statistics, etc. a plus
  • Consumer lending, payments, fraud risk management, finance, or banking experience highly desirable.
  • Experience managing AI and/or model-based solutions preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the overall banking structure and the relationship between various lines of business, are preferred
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable effective working relationships with key partners
  • Successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and be able to manage competing priorities.
  • Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
