What You'll Do:
  • Conduct In-Depth Assessments:
    • Evaluate pain conditions through patient history, physical exams, and diagnostic test reviews.
    • Identify the root causes of pain and determine appropriate interventions.
  • Collaborate for Impact:
    • Work closely with our Pain Management Physicians to develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
    • Integrate both pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches for comprehensive care.
  • Perform Procedures with Precision:
    • Administer joint injections, nerve blocks, and other specialized pain management techniques.
    • Work under physician guidance to ensure patient safety and effective treatment.
  • Educate for Long-Term Success:
    • Provide clear explanations on pain management strategies.
    • Offer advice on lifestyle changes, exercise, and nutrition to improve overall health.
  • Monitor & Adjust Care Plans:
    • Track patient responses to treatments.
    • Adjust care plans to achieve optimal pain relief and functional improvement.
  • Collaborate in Multidisciplinary Meetings:
    • Discuss complex cases with other healthcare professionals.
    • Contribute to improving pain management practices and outcomes.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve:
    • Keep up to date with the latest research and techniques in pain management.
    • Participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills.

What We're Looking For:
  • A graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current Physician Assistant license in the state of practice.
  • Certification or significant experience in Pain Management is a strong plus.
  • Clinical skills that allow you to perform advanced pain management procedures.
  • Compassionate communication and interpersonal skills-you connect with patients on a human level and care about their well-being.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
