Position Summary

Freezing Point is the fastest growing frozen beverage company in the US and the makers of Frazil, 100% Juice Frazil, and Caf Tango! We are a growing, high-performance team looking to bring on a Senior Financial Analyst to help in our core financial planning and analysis processes. Ideal candidates will have multiple years of experience working with and analyzing financial statements, M&A due diligence, and implementing ongoing improvements in financial analysis.

Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 DOE

Note: This is a fully onsite position in Salt Lake City, UT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead efforts to develop and manage financial metrics for specific channels, supporting effective budgeting and planning processes
  • Engage as a key contributor in tracking and analyzing critical business metrics that drive growth, profitability, and strategic success
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including the CFO and Director of Finance to design and implement financial models and reports that provide actionable insights for decision-making
  • Partner with managers and business teams to build and refine annual operating plans for assigned areas
  • Help create key performance indicators (KPIs) for non-financial managers to improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of new projects
  • Deliver valuable analysis and solutions to support leadership in achieving business goals
  • Support ad-hoc internal, group, and corporate requests as needed
  • Manage additional projects and responsibilities to support business objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Able to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of potential interruption
  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials
  • Must be able to navigate an environment where coworkers (and occasionally yourself) are hyped up on Frazils - consider it fuel for our creativity

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience in a corporate finance environment
  • Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
  • Expert level Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or master's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
  • Experience working with consumer products or CPG's
  • Experience with SAP and SQL
