About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Practitioner Partnerships to join our network team at Independent Living Systems (ILS). ILS, along with its affiliated health plans known as Florida Community Care and Florida Complete Care, is committed to promoting a higher quality of life and maximizing independence for all vulnerable populations. As the Director of Practitioner Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare practitioners to ensure the highest quality of care for our members. You will lead a team of professionals to identify and engage with practitioners, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with other departments to improve member outcomes and satisfaction through effective partnerships with practitioners.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare partnership development and management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
  • Relevant experience may substitute for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with practitioners in a variety of healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge of healthcare technology and its impact on member care.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a practitioner engagement strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with practitioners to ensure the highest quality of care for our members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our organization is providing the highest quality care to our patients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our organization is meeting the needs and expectations of our providers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of practitioner partnerships and make recommendations for improvement.

Skills:

In this role, you will utilize your strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with healthcare practitioners. You will also need to have a deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure that partnerships are established and maintained in a compliant manner. Additionally, you will need to have strong leadership and management skills to lead a team of professionals in achieving the organization's goals and objectives. Finally, your ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement will be critical in ensuring the success of practitioner partnerships.
