Product Manager

Responsible for leading the development of new products by partnering with multifunctional teams, researching potential products and identifying enhancements to current products. Manages the process from product development to product launch, ensuring execution is in line with project plans. "New Products" are defined as those products conceptually new to Jackson Warewashing; or existing products "modified/altered" for specific customers to create a new revenue source/stream.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, sales, marketing or related field and a minimum of six years of product management experience. Previous experience in the foodservice equipment industry managing the product development lifecycle.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Demonstrated track record of managing product development projects to completion
• Understanding and experience in refrigeration systems
• Experience leading/facilitating a cross-functional team
• Capable of taking on and delivering project deliverables with limited guidance from senior management
• Ability to anticipate problems and issues, and effectively resolve them
• Understand the impact of new projects on other areas and can evaluate availability of resources
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

CAD (CREO, Solid works) experience a plus
