DEPARTMENT DIRECTOR

Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Director of Substance Use Disorder to join our team in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of substance use disorder treatment programs, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices. They will also be responsible for managing a team of professionals and providing leadership and guidance to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. The Director of Substance Use Disorder will play a critical role in improving the lives of those struggling with addiction and helping them achieve long-term recovery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in substance use disorder treatment
• Experience managing a team of professionals
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current CADC

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in program development and evaluation
• Experience working in a healthcare setting
• Certification in addiction counseling or related field

Responsibilities:
