Responsibilities:
Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.
Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to guide design decisions.
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with product goals and user needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs are user-focused, visually appealing, and technically feasible.
Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design solutions.
Partner with product managers, developers, and other designers to define and implement innovative solutions.
Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints.
Present designs to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on solutions.
Conduct usability testing and interpret feedback to refine designs and enhance the user experience.
Use data-driven insights and analytics to inform and validate design decisions.
Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in UX design with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects and processes.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of UX principles such as user-centered and responsive design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with Agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams.
