What You'll Do:
- Lead and mentor our sales team, fostering an energetic, motivated, and high-performing culture.
- Work closely with the CRM manager to ensure seamless processes and excellent client experiences.
- Set clear goals, track performance, and provide regular feedback to your team.
- Jump in and sell! Show your team how it's done by handling your own sales pipeline.
- Encourage creativity and storytelling in client interactions-help the team connect with clients on a deeper level.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Keep everyone accountable while keeping the energy high.

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in managing a team and meeting sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools (bonus points if you've worked with FreshSales.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- A "lead by example" attitude-ready to jump in and do the work alongside your team.
