Nous recherchons un(e) scientifique de recherche senior, spcialis(e) en LLM, prt(e) faonner l'avenir de la mobilit avec nous !

Votre impact

• Concevoir et mettre en uvre des modles d'IA gnratifs de pointe pour des applications de RAP ou de TTS grce l'utilisation experte de LLMs.
• Exploiter votre expertise pour entraner, affiner et optimiser efficacement les LLMs, les faonnant pour une prcision, un naturel et des performances optimales dans les domaines de la RAP ou du TTS.
• Collaborer troitement avec des quipes interfonctionnelles comprenant des scientifiques de donnes, des ingnieurs logiciels et des experts du domaine. En comprenant leurs besoins, vous dvelopperez conjointement des solutions de RAP ou de TTS personnalises qui tirent parti de la puissance des LLMs.
• Innover et amliorer les modles existants de RAP ou de TTS en intgrant la puissance des LLMs, assurant ainsi des performances et une vitesse optimale mme sur des plateformes aux ressources limites.
• Rester pleinement au fait des dernires avances, tendances et recherches dans les domaines de l'IA gnrative, de la RAP, du TTS et de la modlisation du langage, en incorporant activement de nouvelles techniques, technologies et meilleures pratiques pour amliorer continuellement la performance globale de nos systmes.

Ce que vous apportez

• Un diplme de deuxime cycle en informatique (Maitrise ou Doctorat), ou une formation quivalente.
• Une exprience approfondie et une matrise dmontre dans le dveloppement de Grands Modles de Langage (LLM), idalement en les reliant de manire transparente avec des applications de Reconnaissance Automatique de la Parole (RAP) ou de Synthse Vocale (TTS).
• Des comptences exceptionnelles en programmation Python ainsi qu'une forte capacit implmenter des algorithmes complexes d'apprentissage automatique.
• Un historique dmontr dans le dveloppement de systmes de RAP ou de TTS, travaillant avec succs avec divers lments tels que les modles acoustiques, les modles de langage et les modles de prononciation.
• Possder une forte pense analytique, des capacits de rsolution de problmes et un esprit collaboratif, garantissant votre capacit prosprer dans notre environnement innovant et au rythme soutenu.

Your Impact

• Leverage your expertise to effectively train, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve optimal accuracy, naturalness, efficiency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other AI researchers and engineers, to seamlessly integrate LLM-based features and functionalities.
• Design and implement software components and modules to integrate LLM capabilities into Cerence's speech recognition and natural language understanding systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of LLM-based features to ensure high performance, reliability, and robustness in real-world scenarios.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements, trends, and research in AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies to enhance the overall performance of our systems continually.

What You Bring

• You have demonstrated expertise in creating Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions using Deep Learning techniques, with a focus on integrating Large Language Models.
• You have an advanced degree in computer science, computational linguistics, or a related field.
• You are highly proficient in Python and Deep Learning frameworks such as Tensorflow or PyTorch.
• You have experience with training and fine-tuning large language models using large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments.
• You possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within our fast-paced and innovative environment.
