About

As a part of the Equipment Finance team, your main responsibilities will be achieving sales and growth targets by developing strong relationships with vendors and clients while ensuring compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and vendors
  • Prospect to direct clients along with vendor programs to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement
  • Understand clients and vendor's requirements and financial constraints to offer tailored financing solutions
  • Analyze client needs and financial solutions to design financing agreements that meet their specific needs
  • Assess the creditworthiness of clients and work with underwriters to evaluate financing applications
  • Present credit proposal to internal credit committees for approval
  • Stay informed about equipment finance and industries trends
  • Be a mentor to team members in regards of structured financing

Profile
  • At least 8 years of experience working in sales in equipment finance and leasing industry, or related industry
    • At least 5 years of experience specialized in structured financing & direct sales
  • Have a deep understanding of the transportation finance and leasing industries
  • Ability to develop sales strategies for the assigned segment focus
  • Excellent ability to negotiate
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Action-oriented
